Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the North Dakota FFA Foundation by the published cancellation deadline. Cancellations received on or before the deadline may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable processing fees. Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of reason. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling conflicts, weather related travel issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Vendors who do not attend the career fair without prior written cancellation will be considered a no show. No shows are not eligible for refunds or credits toward future events. The North Dakota FFA Foundation reserves the right to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control.
